Once you have all of this, kill Nashandra, and start your third Journey at the Majula bonfire. Once you have given all 30 Sunlight Medals to the covenant, you will receive the miracle "Sunlight Spear". If you're struggling for summons, you can farm for these Medals by killing the Falconer enemies that now spawn throughout Things Betwixt. If you didn't manage it in Playthrough One, collect 30 Sunlight Medals by summoning and being summoned with the Heirs of the Sun covenant and completing whatever task is ahead of you. This must be traded with Straid for the srocery "Crystal Soul Spear". Killing the Duke's Dear Freja will award you with an Old Paledrake Soul. This must be traded with Straid in exchange for the pyromancy "Flame Weapon". Killing the Lost Sinner will award you with an Old Witch Soul.Your strategies will remain the same for all. The Sinner summons two pyromancers during the fight, for example, and the Looking Glass Knight can summon real people to help defend himself. Some of the bosses develop new mechanics. You'll also get more and tougher invasions, including from real people, but you should also get more help from real people as well. The only real differences are there will be more and harder enemies, including Dark Spirit versions of normal enemies. All major items such as the King's Ring are all in the same place.

There aren't any changes to the path needed to progress through the game. Virtually everything else, including Covenant items and rank, will carry over. The only things that don't are Fragrant Branches of Yore, keys, and the King's Ring. There is also no need to complete Navlaan's quest or kill Vendrick. You will also not need to do any of the Covenant areas again (except for Heirs of the Sun summons if you didn't manage to hit Rank 3 in your first playthrough). You should have no need to go to the No-Man's Wharf, Doors of Pharros (except to pass through to the next area) or the Undead Purgatory.
Doors of Pharros (but no need to actually explore, just head straight to the next area).Lost Bastille (via the nest behind the Pursuer).Heide's Tower of Flame (you need Licia to open the path to Huntsman's Copse later).I'm always happy to answer any questions about it.This will be a much shorter text walkthrough as it's essentially the same as your first. *Makes the BKH practice a hell of a lot easier (this is the key reason it was made).Īnyway, I'd love it if you could try it out and tell me what you think. *Makes it easy to use saves other people give you. *Makes it easy to have more than 10 characters.
#Dark souls save editor 360 windows
All files it manages, can be manually moved in Windows *Doesn't hold any weird config files etc. *Hooks into AutoHotKey to allow in-game hotkeys. *Provides simple file management with a lightweight interface. *Allows saves to be separated into runs, and named for the specific section. As well as this, it's been designed to be lightweight, so it's not using resources while you play the game. As simple as this is, it provides a lot of features that I think would benefit everybody, not just speedrunners, and make life easier. It was made so I could practice the BKH run easily, without having to do the entire run each time (as much as I love speedruns, I suck terribly at them).Īt it's base, it just copies your current save file into a backup folder and then when you want to load it back - copies back over the current save. I've just finished work on a quick save tool for Dark Souls, since there didn't seem to be any satisfactory solution.
